Stroll through Valerie’s Green to see Inspiration Point, with its cheerful orange color, reminiscent of the houses in Key West. When you enter the front door you’ll see the comfortable great room with its wood floors, numerous windows and neutral wall colors. To your left is the gas fireplace with a built in area above for the TV and DVD player. The two large couches in this home are so inviting that you just want to sprawl out on them and relax. The accent tables as well as the dinning room table are a dark wood. To the right of the front door is the dinning room that can easily seat six, plus 3 more at the breakfast bar that looks into the kitchen. The kitchen offers you plenty of space to move around with its “L” shape. We all know that everyone ends up congregating in the kitchen to talk while meals are being put together especially when you’re on vacation. Don't forget that this is a pet friendly home to bring your dog to the shore (2-large or small). There is hallway off the kitchen that has a built in seat, washer/dryer, closets and the door to the back porch where the hot tub is. Also off this hallway is a walkthrough full bath that is shared with the master bedroom. This bathroom has a large tub that is great for soaking in at the end of a busy day. You will love this master bedroom with a large king size bed, dark wood furniture, and pillow soft comforter. This would be a great place to curl up with a good book and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Talking about quiet, venture on up stairs and you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedroom to the right of the stairs is very large with oversized windows to view Valerie’s Green. Crack the window to catch a coastal breeze, listen to the birds in the early morning or let the view of Valerie’s Green soothe you. In this room you will find a queen bed covered in a luxurious red comforter, large dark wood dresser, TV, and a large red reading chair. Down the hall is the third bedroom which also has a queen bed, large dark wood dresser with large windows overlooking the back porch and yard. This room is very calming with its neutral colors and quiet atmosphere. If this is not enough room for you there is the carriage house over the garage that can offer you yet another bedroom for some extra guests that might just stop by. This room gives your guest a queen bed with a sumptuous blue comforter that is so soft and inviting that you just want to curl up and watch a movie with a hot cup of tea. Open the window on the door to listen to the sounds of the birds singing on the tree outside. This home truly is a place to unwind and be inspired.
