This new home features all the amenties that you need for a rejuvenating beach vacation. Including the loft, this house is 1482 sq ft. Bring your dog for a vacation too! (2-large or small) From the moment you pull up to the front of the home, you'll notice some unique things- like a bat sculpture hanging from the eaves. Walk up the front steps to the covered front porch, and note the deck chairs, which beckon you to enjoy a good book, the sunshine or a nap. Step inside and you'll begin to feel your tension fade away. The kitchen, living and dining room are decorated with far east accents. The glass kitchen table has built-in leaves and 2 bench seats, perfect for gathering the whole crew. In the living room are 2 long couches, with a circular coffee table- positioned to maximize the space. Take note that there is a basket filled with pet blankets and towels, so your furry friend can join you. Enjoy the gas fireplace, TV and CD player. In the kitchen are granite countertops, a gas range, and everything you'll need to cook your perfect meal. Just off the kitchen is the half bath/laundry room. Travel through the living room and enter the master suite. This space feels soothing, with thoughtful colors and interesting textures. You'll also discover a master bath, just off this room.
As you wander upstairs from the living room, notice the vibrant wall hangings. At the landing, you'll notice books, games, colorful linens and 2 jellyfish- but these cuties won't sting! The room to the right boasts a queen bed, and antique decor items. This room catches alot of sunlight, and the white gauze curtains dance in the coastal breezes. Across the hall you'll be delighted by a room with 2 twin beds, and a clever jellyfish night light. This is truly a fun room, with sea-life decorating the walls, an atari, stuffed animals and games. There is a shared full bath between the two upstairs rooms, with a wonderful tile floor.
Downstairs, in the hall that takes you out the back door, don't forget to stop and check out the Chinese Zodiac. Were you born in the year of the dog, pig or ? Through the back door is the heart of serenity, the hot tub and calming garden. Step off the porch and follow the green stone path to the bench. As you admire the rock garden and feel the sun on your face, let the sound of the ocean carry your troubles away. This peaceful place is overlooked by the last room in the loft. Stroll through the garden, up the stairs and into a private getaway. A rocking chair, tv, and comfy bed await you. With the large windows, feel like you're miles from anything else.
