Upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen, and tasteful living and dining room areas combine to create a wonderful open floor plan where peeks of the ocean will invigorate your senses. The master bedroom with a king bed and full bath, as well as a guest bathroom also occupy this level. Outside the large wraparound deck is a perfect place for your morning coffee or to watch the sunset. The front of the house has views of the park across the street and west toward the ocean through the trees. The house is also just steps away from a wonderful kids play structure and basketball court. In the back, the patio with the firepit and native woodland make for a relaxing evening under the stars. A hot tub also sits outside for your enjoyment.

On the third level, hang out in the large colorful “kids” room with four twin beds, take a nap in the queen room or just relax and read on the soft as suede sofa. For you convenience the third complete bath is on this level.
