Step in through the back gate, and enjoy the private yard. Here you’ll find some lounge chairs and a flagstone path leading to the front of the home. Step up onto the porch and into this charming home.

The Dining Room, Kitchen and living room are complimented by the open floor plan. The first bathroom is on this level, featuring green accents. The kitchen has black and white floor tiles, and a half wall separates you from the living room. Enter the living room, and feel soothed by its soft colors. The gas fireplace is framed by beautiful tile.

Up the stairs a wicker chair waits for you on the landing, and beyond that are 2 bedrooms. The room to the left has a queen bed, blue walls and a private bathroom. The room to the right boasts a queen bed, it's own bath and a view of the park.

Downstairs, step onto the front covered deck, and relax on the porch . Here you’ll have a fantastic view of the park, and just a short walk away is the ocean. This home will accept 1 dog under 25 lbs.
