Pelican Perch is a cozy one story three bedroom home overlooking one of the common greens at Bella Beach and just minutes away from five miles of sandy shoreline.

The fully equipped kitchen has a cubby window so that one may visit with others at the table and makes a great way to pass the food over without a lot of steps.

In the hallway we have the first bedroom with plenty of toys for children. There is a twin bed with a trundle underneath for extra sleeping room. A bathroom is across the hallway for easy access. The next bedroom has a queen bed and at the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and the master bath. Soothing colors of red decorate the room to go along with the sounds of the ocean as you lay resting.

For the fishermen in the family, a cleaning table and two small cookers are in the back so you may clean and cook the days catch!
