The home sits up on a ridge which offers privacy in a way most other homes do not. Enter the front door if you can pull yourself away from the wraparound porch overlooking the beautiful grassy park below and the peek of the ocean.

Step into the open feeling of this home where you're able to choose from snuggling by the huge river rock fireplace or watching your favorite movie on the 52" TV with surround sound, DVD and VCR. The first floor of this home is open and inviting. When entering the front door, you are greeted with a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. A beautiful dining table can serve up to 8 guests and there is also a large granite island with two barstools for additional seating. A true entertaining area!

The downstairs master bedroom and master bathroom are truly unique. The bedroom is warmed by it's very own built-in rock fireplace. A glass sliding door leads out to the back yard and provides a lot of natural light. The master bedroom also features satellite TV, DVD and VCR players. After a long walk on the beach, you can choose between taking a warm shower, or relaxing in decadent comfort in the 2 person whirlpool tub which also features a hand-held shower head for easy clean up after your trip to the beach.

The upstairs of this home has two large bedrooms. The first room is a second master bedroom furnished with an oversized King bed and a television armoire that holds yet another TV/DVD/VCR set up for your enjoyment. A large sliding glass door covers one entire wall in this bedroom, making the room light and airy. Open the sliding glass door and let the ocean breezes refresh you. There is even a deck off of the master bedroom to sit and have a cup of coffee or tea as you listen to the ocean in complete privacy.

The second upstairs bedroom is for a happy pair (or even two pairs, with 2 cots that can be set up in the bedroom or elsewhere in the house). It also has a TV/VCR for entertaining the guests of this room. A large assortment of VCR tapes can be found underneath the TV and in baskets under the coffee table in the downstairs family room. There are games and puzzles to help entertain your group as well.

This home also features a large and private backyard completely fenced off from neighbors and has a BBQ for grilling out.
