Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing coastal escape. The inviting great room features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a TV/DVD, and a wall of windows framing spectacular ocean views. A small dining area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a gas range—perfect for preparing your favorite meals. With two comfortable ensuite bedrooms featuring queen beds, everyone can enjoy a peaceful retreat after a fun-filled day at the beach. 
A private path leads you to the Bella Beach neighborhood beach access, where miles of sandy shoreline await just down the cliff-side stairs. Staying in Bella Beach also means access to community perks like a children’s playground, complimentary Meredith Lodging bikes, and the charming French café - Café C’est La Vie. Just minutes away, you’ll find a grocery store, coffee shop, and an excellent bakery, along with local favorites like the Salishan brewpub, Side Door Café, Café Beck, and Tidal Raves. Easy day trips to Lincoln City or Newport let you explore the coast and still be home before dark!

Please note: Travelling with a large group? The upstairs unit, SeaLaVie, can also be rented, accommodating an additional six guests!

Quiet Hours & Hot Tub Policy To comply with our community HOA regulations and to be considerate of our neighbors, quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, use of the hot tub is not permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please note that violations of the quiet hours or hot tub policy may result in the immediate termination of your reservation without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for our community and all guests.

This home is strictly NOT pet-friendly:
To ensure the comfort and health of all our guests, this property maintains a strict, zero-tolerance no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises at any time—this applies to all guest, visitor, indoor, and outdoor/yard areas. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and required departure from the property.
