After financing and developing Pelican Lane, the property adjacent to Pelican Lane was identified as an attractive opportunity. That property now known as Bella Beach was developed by Jon Oksenholt and partners. After several years of ownership and operation by others, both the struggling operations and commercial real estate components of Bella Beach Resort were re-acquired by affiliates of the Oksenholt Group in 2019. The struggling operations were quickly turned around and operations were then handed to Meredith Lodging which was co-founded by Mr. Oksenholt. The popularity of Bella Beach has continued to grow throughout the years. Oksenholt Group intends to continue to modernize and finish the development of key aspects of the Resort. As the Central Oregon Coasts continue to grow as a popular destination, the future of the Resort looks bright.
