After financing and developing Pelican Lane, the adjacent property emerged as an exciting opportunity and became what is now Bella Beach, developed by Jon Oksenholt and his partners.
Following several years under the ownership of a former partner, the struggling operations and commercial real estate components of Bella Beach Resort were re-acquired in 2019 by affiliates of Oksenholt Capital, led by Mr. Oksenholt, a successful real estate investor and entrepreneur whose management companies have been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list six times. The operations were quickly turned around and subsequently handed to Meredith Lodging, co-founded by Mr. Oksenholt, ensuring professional management and consistent growth.
Real estate companies affiliated with Mr. Oksenholt control the commercial real estate components of the resort, including leasing to the popular C’est La Vie restaurant, and are actively planning to finalize the development of key resort areas.
Since then, Bella Beach’s popularity has continued to expand, attracting vacationers, investors, and homeowners alike. Guided by Jon Oksenholt’s vision, Bella Beach is more than a resort, it’s a community where lifestyle, leisure, and natural beauty converge, offering unforgettable experiences and valuable real estate opportunities.
As the Central Oregon Coast continues to grow as a popular destination, the future of Bella Beach Resort looks brighter than ever, with plans to modernize and complete the resort’s development for generations to come.
